Privacy Policy
Effective from 20 July 2026
This policy describes how the personal data of visitors and customers is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the "GDPR") and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

2. What data we process and why
We only process personal data to the extent necessary for the given purpose:
a) Enquiries and communication
If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we process the identification and contact details you provide (name, phone, e-mail) and details of your enquiry (collection and delivery location, description and parameters of the shipment).
- Purpose: handling your enquiry, preparing a price quotation and communication.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual negotiations and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
b) Carrying out the transport
When you book transport, we process the data needed to carry it out and invoice it, including billing details.
- Purpose: concluding and performing the transport contract, invoicing.
- Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with legal obligations, e.g. accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
c) Website operation and analytics
When you visit the website, data may be processed through cookies and similar technologies. Analytics and map cookies are only used with your consent. Details are available in our cookie policy.
- Purpose: ensuring the website functions properly (necessary) and measuring traffic (based on consent).
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the website (Art. 6(1)(f)) and consent for analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Data retention period
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Enquiry data where no contract was concluded — up to 12 months.
- Data related to a concluded contract — for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards for the period required by law (in particular accounting and tax records, up to 10 years).
- Data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than the period of validity of the consent.
4. Who we share data with
To the extent necessary, we may share your personal data with processors and other parties who help us operate the service:
- web hosting and e-mail service providers,
- analytics tool providers — Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics), only with your consent,
- map service providers — Google Ireland Limited (Google Maps), only with your consent,
- accounting, tax and legal advisors,
- public authorities in cases required by law.
When using Google services, data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA. Google ensures an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have in particular the right to:
- access your personal data (Art. 15),
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16),
- erasure ("the right to be forgotten") under the conditions of Art. 17,
- restrict processing (Art. 18),
- data portability (Art. 20),
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21),
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
